My first post!
This blog is meant to detail and keep track of how I am learning the tabla. I just recently got back into taking tabla lessons, and what I remember keenly from my previous instructors is that its essential to keep a record of what you are learning. This is important not only to keep track of compositions one has learned over time, but to share the learning process with others.
This blog will consist of written (and hopefully video) records of tabla boles I will be practicing, as well as my overall progress with the tabla. If any of these resources help you, that’s wonderful!
